No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your Rights
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying with “STOP” to any message we send you.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from VitalWell Holistic Veterinary Center (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following terms:
1. SMS Messaging Service
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages, including updates, promotions, and other relevant content.
2. Message Frequency
You will receive approximately 4-10 messages per month.
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s terms.
4. Privacy Policy
Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed above.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message. You may also contact us directly at 813-501-4008.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for any charges, errors, or delays in SMS delivery caused by your carrier or third-party service providers.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided and that you are at least 18 years old.
Refund policy
A Nonrefundable Event Scheduling fee (or deposit) is paid at the time of booking. Although it is not refundable, you may reschedule to a different date or location at no charge if done prior to 4 weeks of the event date. You may get a refund if done within 72 hours of the date you paid the fee at booking. If you are unsure of the next day you would like to schedule, please email us and we can send you a gift certificate to be used online when you are ready to reschedule (good for 6 months). Once services have been performed, payment must be made in full. There are no refunds on services performed.
PAYMENT POLICY: The balance is required the day services are rendered. We accept cash, check, Venmo, Cash app, MasterCard, visa and discover. Bounced check or disputed cc fees are $50. The scheduling fee that is paid upon scheduling is not refundable. If paying by credit card, the card MUST be present.
