The appointments are 20-30 minutes for each pet. If the dog is over 50 pounds, or if your pet is wiggly or has a large amount of tarter, it may take longer.

No. We ask that you remain in the store so that we can find you if needed and let you know when the dental procedure is complete. We do not have kennel space or staff to hold your pet when your scheduled appointment time is over, and there may be a fee if you are not at the store when needed. (exceptions are at some grooming locations, and are set up by the individual location as a drop-off)

The total for the dental cleaning itself  is $220. There is a $50 scheduling fee for each appointment, and the remaining $170 is due at the time of service. An optional laser treatment can be performed with the cleaning for an additional $35 (bringing the total to $255). Giant breeds are an addl $20.

Yes, but we will need you to fill out and sign a client and pet information sheet (here) completely and either email prior to the appt, or send with your friend. We cannot accept credit card payments over the phone, so will have to have your card present, or send them with cash or a check to cover the total amount of $255.

Each pet needs an appointment. There is a scheduling fee required for each pet/appointment.

You may reschedule to a different date or location at no charge if done within 72 hours of initial scheduling, and if the appointment is scheduled more than 10 days prior to the event. The refund policies can be seen on the price page at http://www.naturalveterinaryservices.com/services/

If the vet is unable to complete the appointment for any reason (such as the presence of other dental/health issues, or the pet’s behavior) the scheduling fee will not be refunded. If you paid in full when making your reservation, the amount refunded is the total minus the scheduling fee.

No. We are by appointment only. If you are unsure, please schedule an appointment for “exam” and the doctor will then have time during your appointment to address your concerns. After talking to the doctor, we will either do the dental procedure or give advice as to what your next step should be.

Please be aware that the team is usually busy with dental appointments. You will get a faster response via email at naturalveterinaryservices@gmail.com. We do have a phone system in which you can leave a message, but since we are working onsite at events, the phones are much slower way to get a message to us.
