Booking Terms & Event Ticket Policy

Effective November 2, 2026. These terms apply to appointments booked for Natural Veterinary Services non-anesthesia dental events.

$65 event ticket

A $65 event ticket is required to reserve an appointment. The event ticket is nonrefundable and is applied toward the cost of your pet's scheduled dental service.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Rescheduling requires at least 30 days' advance notice. The event ticket is nonrefundable. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment. Any exception or alternative arrangement must be confirmed by Natural Veterinary Services.

Suitability for the service

Non-anesthesia dental cleaning is not suitable for every pet and does not replace a comprehensive dental examination and treatment under anesthesia. If a pet cannot safely tolerate the procedure or needs different care, we will discuss the situation with you.

Appointments and payment

Available dates and locations are shown in the online scheduler. Any remaining service charges are due according to the payment information presented at booking or the event. Appointment confirmations and any additional terms displayed during booking should be reviewed before payment.
